V3Fights Returns to Tampa with V3Fights 64

V3Fights makes its much anticipated return to the Tampa Bay area on Saturday November 11th, when V3Fights 64 touches down at the Tampa Convention Center.

Building off of the success of their Florida debut in August, V3Fights looks to deliver another night of exciting MMA action this Saturday in the heart of Tampa Bay. The Tennessee based promotion, now a part of the Alliance MMA family, connected with former XFC owner John Prisco prior to the promotion’s debut in Florida in hopes to broaden their landscape. The result was an incredible night of fights in August, one they look to top with this weekend’s event.

V3Fights 64 will feature a split card of professional and amateur MMA events, showcasing some great talent from the state of Florida. Headlining this card is Tampa’s own Jeremy “Pretty Boy” Davis (4-1) taking on MMA Masters’ Alberto Montes (3-0). This fight will be a great opportunity for both young fighters to add big wins to their records and make their resumes look even better.

Also on this card is Highlander MMA’s Danny Durnavich who successfully won the V3Fights Amateur Welterweight title in his final amateur bout back in August. He is set to make his professional debut on Saturday against MMA Fight Club’s Jerrod James. Durnavich leaves behind an amateur career that saw a nearly unblemished record and will look to continue his winning ways as a pro.

One of the feature fights on this card offers an exciting Bantamweight bout between two veterans of the regional MMA scene. Abdiel Velazquez (8-4) takes on Thiago Belo (9-7) in a match-up that should have the fans on their feet. Both fighters have shown great versatility in their careers so far and will look to find a way to do so once again this weekend.

The amateur side of the V3Fights 64 card features some exciting young talent and will surely be a great way to kick off the night this Saturday. Gracie Tampa, Highlander MMA, and Empire MMA are a few of the schools that will be showcased among the amateur fights. Amateur MMA is where the stars of tomorrow are born. V3Fights has made a reputation of launching some great MMA careers and giving fighters an exceptional place to further their talents.

One thing is for sure, V3Fights 64 will have downtown Tampa rocking hard on Saturday night! With an exceptional mixture of professional and amateur MMA action, this weekend’s event will be one to remember.
